Terms of Service – WDM — Web Domain Manager

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of WDM — Web Domain Manager ("WDM", "we", "us" or "our"), including the WDM website, dashboard and related domain-management and intelligence services.

By accessing or using WDM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the service.

WDM is intended for authorised users. Access to the protected dashboard may require an account and authentication credentials.

2. The WDM service

WDM provides tools that may include:

domain portfolio management and administration;
domain and registrar information management;
domain drop-list and availability intelligence;
keyword, dictionary and commercial-search intelligence;
domain valuation and related analytical information; and
integrations with third-party services where authorised by the user.

Features may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue individual features where reasonably necessary to operate, maintain or improve WDM.

3. Eligibility and authorised use

You must have authority to use any WDM account or connected third-party account that you access through the service.

You agree not to:

use WDM for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to WDM, its infrastructure or another user's account;
interfere with or disrupt the service or its security controls;
circumvent usage limits, authentication or access controls;
knowingly introduce malicious code or harmful material; or
use automated access in a manner that violates applicable third-party service terms or causes unreasonable load.

4. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your WDM credentials and authentication information confidential and for activities carried out through your account.

You should notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised. We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect WDM, users or connected services.

5. Third-party services and Google Ads

WDM may connect to third-party services, including Google services, when you expressly authorise such a connection. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to the relevant provider's terms and policies.

Where you authorise WDM to access Google Ads information through Google's OAuth authorisation process, WDM uses the resulting access only for the purposes described in its Privacy Policy and within the permissions you authorise.

WDM does not represent that it is affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Domain data and user responsibility

You remain responsible for the domains, account information and other data that you enter, import, manage or connect through WDM.

Domain availability, expiry dates, drop times, registration status, ownership information and similar data may originate from external providers and can change without notice. You should verify important information with the relevant registrar, registry or other authoritative source before taking consequential action.

WDM may provide valuations, keyword metrics, search intelligence, recommendations or other analytical outputs. These are informational tools and are not guarantees of domain value, sale price, traffic, advertising revenue, search performance or investment return.

7. Intellectual property

Subject to rights belonging to you or third parties, WDM and its underlying software, design, branding and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms give you a limited right to use WDM for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of WDM or its underlying intellectual property to you.

8. User-provided content and data

You retain your rights in information and material that you provide to WDM, subject to any rights held by third parties.

You grant us the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display and use that material to provide, secure and maintain the WDM service.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to provide information to WDM and to connect any third-party account or data source.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep WDM available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at every time or location.

Service interruptions may result from maintenance, security measures, infrastructure failures, internet or telecommunications problems, third-party service outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, WDM is provided on an "as available" basis. Information supplied by WDM or third-party integrations may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or subject to change.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on information produced by WDM. In particular, WDM outputs should not be treated as financial, legal, tax or professional advice.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.

Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or losses arising from reliance on third-party data or service availability.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to WDM where reasonably necessary, including for security reasons, material breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or circumstances that materially threaten the operation of the service or other users.

You may stop using WDM at any time. Where applicable, you may also revoke a connected third-party authorisation using the controls provided by the relevant provider.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the framework governing your use of WDM.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be made available on this page. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to draw them to users' attention where appropriate.

Continued use of WDM after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of WDM, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal protections that apply to you in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section is intended to remove any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
